What type of Massage Therapy will work best for me?
This is hard to tell without a proper assessment by one of our therapists.
Each therapist has their own unique style and expertise and will tailor the session specifically to you.
Which practitioner should I see?
It is important to find a practitioner who suits you. There are several factors: physical practice style, technique, personal interaction, among others.
Please have a read of the bios for each practitioner and, if you want, ask to speak to whoever you think might suit you.
It may take a few tries to find your “best fit” therapist.
How do I book a massage?

What is included in my appointment?
It is important to note that all Appointments include:
- Medical History Intake review
- Assessment
- Time required for you to change clothing for treatment
- Your treatment
- Time it takes you to dress to leave
- Questions
- Homecare (if required)
- Practitioner Charting
- Billing
Do you offer direct billing to my insurance provider?
Yes, we do. We offer direct billing to the following insurance providers:
Blue Cross
SunLife
Cooperators
Telus Health:

For your first massage, you will fill in an intake form. We will need your Policy Number, ID Number (or Member Certificate Number), your Birthdate, name of the primary insurer if it isn’t you, and your full legal name.
We also accept cash, e-transfer, debit/credit cards.
You will only need to give us this information once and all return visits are seamless.
Do you do offer Pregnancy (Pre-Natal) Massage?
Yes, there is a special booking link for all pregnancy massages. Click here to book your pregnancy massage online.
We provide the option to use our special pregnancy pillow which will allow you to lay comfortably on your stomach for your appointment no matter how far along you are.
Do you offer gift cards?

What do I do when I arrive?
We have seating when you first enter our clinic. Please have a seat and wait for your therapist to call you in.
What is your cancellation policy?
Unfortunately, if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours you are liable to pay for the appointment. Your RMT reserves your spot, which if canceled leaves a hole in their day. This reduces their income and take home pay so we need to ensure stable predictable income for each of our therapists. I hope you understand.
